Does Qbiz have a physical retail outlet?
No, Qbiz operates as strictly online via our website www.qbizonline.com. Customers can also connect with us using our social media platforms, at Qbiz on Facebook and Instagram.
How do I make a purchase?
Customers can place an order via the Qbiz website. As soon as the order is processed, the customer will be contacted by a Qbiz Representative to arrange delivery and payment.
When will I receive my product?
Delivery in the North of the Island:Products ordered directly from the Qbiz website will be delivered within 2 days upon receiving the order confirmation notification. Orders placed prior to 8am qualify for same day delivery. Orders received after 8 am will be Delivered the following day.
Delivery in the South of the Island:
Deliveries in the South will occur weekly.
Note: Express delivery available.
Does Qbiz operate outside of Saint Lucia?
No, Qbiz's online retail outlet currently only serves the Saint Lucian population.
How do I make a custom order with Qbiz?
If a customer is interested in Qbiz's product sourcing and ordering service, the request can be placed via the chat platform; found at the bottom of the Home Screen. Customers can feel free to utilize the Recommendations section to suggest items that Qbiz currently does not stock.
